海企一实业(集团)有限公司是国内最早致力于LED在民用、商用照明领域研发和创新的企业,目前在运作一个具有民族概念品牌的高档商业照明产品道路上稳步前进。这样一个顶级企业总部的展示空间与办公空间的设计,对展示其品牌形象和企业文化至关重要。也因为对中国传统文化和艺术的喜爱,业主对企业总部空间设计的文化诉求和高端定位,使得设计团队对于要创造的空间美学和视觉体验有了清晰的思路和表达方向。

“五行”一词,最早出现在《尚书》的《甘誓》与《洪范》中:“五行,一曰水,二曰火,三曰木,四曰金,五曰土。水曰润下,火曰炎上,木曰曲直,金曰从革,土曰稼穑。”博大精深的五行学说,为企一总部的空间设计提供了灵感。整个空间既可以感受到开阔的国际视野,但又不缺少民族的文化与元素,设计师运用布局、色调、灯光、材质以及艺术陈设等设计表现手法匠心营造,描绘出一幅“光满地,意空间,万物因识,有灵且美”的新人文气质画卷。


外观的营造,也是空间的营造。出色的室内设计团队也对建筑外观设计产生影响,针对总部大厦是长方形的建筑体块,设计师在加盖的一层采用铝单板挂片线条,以线成面,面喷玫瑰金氟碳漆,用仿大理石瓷砖外挂拼成建筑外立面,适当运用一些简欧线条,强化品牌标识,加大窗户面积,使得单调的建筑外表、浑厚的建筑体量得以消解。良好的景观视线、自然采光和绿化,赋予整个建筑一种独特、有品质感,并能立即识别的形象。

“火有炽热、向上之性”,寓意企一的发展红红火火,一往无前。大堂空间以及展示空间的设计灵感就选取了“火”元素,以“火乃人类文明之源,照明之源也”为灵魂基调,力求将“火魂”贯穿在空间设计中。设计师用弧线来分隔空间,贯通天、地、墙,产生恢弘大气的视觉冲击力。从火苗造型中提炼、演绎,与灯泡造型一起融合运用,创造出了与众不同、别具一格的的“火魂”艺术装置。这一装置搭配天花流线的火苗造型灯,弘扬企一“孝悌
文化的《大周八百年》的玉石镶嵌画,彰显出绚烂、奢华的东方艺术环境,在视觉与体验上带来新的感受,从而引发观者从多角度去欣赏和思考。

大堂左侧的体验式接待中心“光效艺廊”延续了“火魂”风格,除了运用强烈的视觉冲击、雕塑性的天花、墙面以及屏风来表达空间的配置外,还通过金属、木、瓷器来表达场所精神,采撷至中国建筑空间文化中的传统元素在其中显得格外高贵与典雅,凸显了中式的贵气。每一种颜色和谐、协调,散发的能量,作用感官,让身心静享宁谧。

大堂右侧的新展厅从长方形的“盒”状空间结构中萃取灵感,以“盒”作为设计概念,基本元素是光与“盒”,通过盒状形态元素的衍生组合,配合充满变换的灯光设计,再加上非常规性装饰材料油画框线条的大面积运用形成以线成面的独特构成,营造出极致奢华的光环境展示空间。如果光是一种艺术形态
,那么这个“盒”状的展示空间就能为最高级别的光艺美感提供舞台。

大堂、接待中心及展示空间是企一总部的公共空间,是整个建筑空间序列的起始点,是企一集团的形象窗口。设计师从“火魂”的概念出发,以艺术性的表现手法来展示众多内容,强调互动与体验,同时融入了企业文化来增强展示效果,烘托整个空间的文化氛围。总而言之,大堂及展示空间在整个空间的联系、节奏、动向线的安排,以及与另外五层空间的纵向交流融会贯通,创造出了一个由里到外,浑然一体,独具特色的地标性建筑空间。
