此居座落于东莞市南城运河畔旁的景湖湾畔小区，纯自然景观优越，户型为南北通风的复式坡顶结构，内部框架非常大气，但顶部梁构高低复杂。如何提升建筑自身优势，化解劣势，满足人的日常需求，居住其中身心愉悦，是本案设计的灵魂所在。在尊重原结构的基础上，设计师因地制宜，利用不同空间形势，构成元素，进行功能划分。利用开放空间的复合性，把“蛋形”旋转楼梯置于承上启下的合理位置，空间自由流畅，开合自如。
为把绿色植物、阳光、空气和水自然地融入室内，二楼一半外露的窗台，改造成了一个缩小版的四合院“天井”，利用镀膜玻璃的镜射效果，虚幻的放大 “天井”的景象，绿意不经意间融入主卧、书房空间。利用二楼超高的斜屋顶尺度，开辟出三层结构的净土“佛堂”， 居者有了参禅冥想的净地，内心充满着欢喜。
主要饰材配搭雅致、得体，地面、台面以浅灰调木纹灰大理石为主材，并配以纯天然石头马赛克，橡木木色、香槟银箔、土色进口本杰明环保漆、白玻璃等。整体风格协调、稳重，充分展现出和谐静谧、充满灵动的高品质空间。
